This project involved removal of an existing small, high maintenance, 6 year old wooden deck that was a safety hazard.
The old, single level, fenced in, rectangle shaped deck had no design appeal, and the entertainment space was very cramped, therefore this space was not being used much by the homeowners. Access to their existing in ground pool was limited, with the only path connecting the house to the pool being across the lawn.
This new low maintenance, multi level, raised patio with fire pit increased the overall usable square footage and functionality of the backyard. The home is now connected to the pool by way of this patio upgrade.
Now with the first "Phase" completed of this multi phase project the owners can't wait to start using their new outdoor addition, while looking forward to future phases that will be completed and how the improvements will enhance their lives now and for years to come, while remaining in the privacy of their own backyard.
