This client was looking for a design for their new home being built that would make the most use of the challenging slope of the lot.
The backyard backs up to an adjoining golf course and has distant noise pollution from Route 288. Maintaining the view and open feel of the rear patio to the golf course, while buffering the sound of traffic in the distance was the goal. The large natural stone pondless waterfall, Limestone stone steps treads to access the backyard, accented with an outdoor stone fireplace, seatwalls and columns made this possible.
The stone used on the retaining walls, fireplace and columns was capped with Limestone natural stone to match the existing accent stonework on the front face of the home, making the beautiful spacious exterior entertaining area as grand as the interior of their new home.
